Written, not assembled.

We write web platforms from scratch, in code we understand, for clients who need their software to behave exactly the way they do. The same team that plans your project is the team that writes it — and maintains it, often for decades.

Custom web platforms.
Written, not assembled.

Production‑grade platforms, owned by you, written by the same people who planned them. No page builders, no half‑configured SaaS, no surprise vendor lock‑in.

What we build.

A small, deliberate list. If it's on this page, we've shipped it in production more than once.

01 / CRM
Purpose‑built data models, role‑based access, reporting, integrations. Replaces spreadsheets, Airtable, or a Frankenstein Salesforce config.
02 / LMS
Cohort training, CPD, events. Custom enrolment flows and progress logic for organisations outside the big platforms.
03 / E‑COM
Bespoke e‑commerce
For unusual products — print files, configurable builds, B2B pricing — where Shopify starts to fight you.
04 / ML
Small, explainable models trained on your own historical decisions. Embedded into the platform, not sat on the side.
05 / APPS
Native mobile applications
iOS and Android companion apps for the platforms we build — same team, same data model, no third‑party glue.
06 / D2P
Digital‑to‑print pipelines
Our own platform for print businesses: file ingest, preflight, imposition, order routing. Productionised at Grange Print.

Stack & approach.

We pick boring, well‑understood tools and stay with them for a long time. What we write today, we can still open in ten years. A sample of what we work in:

Common questions.

If yours isn't here, ask. We'll write an honest answer back.

How long does a custom platform take?

+

A focused CRM or LMS typically takes 10–16 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger platforms — anything with payments, integrations, or ML — usually run 4–9 months. We prefer smaller first releases, then iterating from real usage.

Will we own the code?

+

Yes, entirely. All source lives in a repository you own, with documentation pitched at another developer picking it up cold. We've had clients move code away and come back years later — we think that's a feature.

Do you work with existing codebases?

+

Often. A good share of our work is inheriting someone else's platform and making it sensible — extending it, rewriting the sharp bits, adding proper tests and monitoring.

What happens after launch?

+

We stay. Most clients move onto a retainer — a fixed block of development hours per month, used for new features, data work, and the inevitable "can we just…". Average client tenure is 11 years.

Can you host it too?

+

Yes — on our managed infrastructure, or on yours. We're equally happy deploying to your own AWS/Azure account or to a VPS we look after.

Got a project that doesn't fit the templates?

Send a note describing the shape of the problem — we'll write back with honest questions, not a sales deck.

Have a brief that doesn't fit the templates?

Tell us the shape of the problem. We'll come back with honest questions, a rough scope and a rough price.
